Bottled mineral water is expensive in Kenya. But I don't trust my tap water, so I usually buy mineral water. My favorite one is currently Aquamist, but if any of the other major brands like Dasani or Keringet could just come up with a good advertisement such as the one below, I'll easily be convinced. Sorry the voice is in some strange language, but I think the images make it clear.
Oops, I am very thirsty now, let me go and get some water...

Dasani? this sh**t was taken out of our counters ages ago cos the drink was found to contain levels of bromate - a substance linked with an increased cancer risk - in excess of UK legal standards.
here - here with Anonymous, Dasani - crud; worse than tap. On top of that, it was proven. "bllllelghsfhgghgptuy" I wajer the others would do. But the tap can be fixed too.: )
hmmm.. no wonder i always get a headache when i drink dasani, and it just tastes off. my fave has to be keringet - nice taste, and quenches thirst in a major hurry. i wish they'd change the design of their 3-5l bottles, though, to make them easier to handle.
Dont know about Keringet... There water is said to have flouride well in excess of the WHO standards and in fact they should be mentioning on their label that their water is harmful for consumption to children below the age of 7...
me likes the ad.
not sure about Aquamist, they keep changing the type of water they claim to be, one year Natural Mineral Water, then Spring water and now Mineral water!! where is the water coming from. better to stick with the household brand, keep going Keringet!
Your are very right. Dasani is hopeless. The taste is horibble than many juakali waters. Keringet is again with high level of fluoride.
Aquamist is just an average water.
I think we need another good water which is up to the international standards. But I dont know when..
Govt has to intervene in the drinking water industry. Every one is entering there without any knowledge and equipments. Most of them are just using the Home / small office filtration systems and make claims that they produce purified water.
no no ---- this trend should be stopped.
